Distilleria Bailoni was founded in 1953 on the Vigolana Plateau from the passion of three brothers who, thanks to their care for their land, dynamically dedicated themselves to the cultivation and harvesting of prized grapes that give life to a Trentino grappa rich in aromaticity, lightness and personality.
In this cottage you will find
Single-varietal grappas of Müller, Teroldego, Traminer, Moscato, grappas flavoured with Ruta, Asperula, Mugo, Liquorice, grappa Stravecchia aged in barriques. Bombardino. Tasting of grappas and serving of hot Bombardino.
