The company, founded back in 1850 in Smarano in Val di Non, is the oldest in Trentino. The family produces its own traditional cured meats based on old recipes handed down from generation to generation.

Homemade cured meats including different cuts of Speck Trentino, smoked Mortandela from Val di Non, Carne Salada, local game salami, four different dumpling recipes, natural sausages and many other additive-free products.
