We are a small family farm located on a farmstead on Lake Caldonazzo and in the woods of Trentino. Our artisanal products are without preservatives, thickeners, gelling agents and chemical additives, prepared at low temperature to preserve the properties and the fresh taste of fruits and vegetables.
