It has been offering ‘KM 0’ culinary specialities from the peasant tradition for several editions: strauben, bretzel, ovi potatoes and speck, gulaschsuppe with polenta, sandwiches and dishes with Trentino hamburger, frankfurters, melted cheese and tosella, sauerkraut and grilled vegetables. Paired with Trentodoc and wines from the Aldeno Winery, Plotegher craft beer, mulled wine, apple juice, grape juice and bombardino.
