Surrounded by the scent of freshly baked cookies, the crackle of the fireplace, the colorful lights of the decorations and the melody of the Christmas carols, we are immediately asked: how long until December 25?
Shall we count down together? Let us remember that Advent is not only the time of waiting for the gifts that we will find under the tree, but a moment of peace and serenity waiting for the birth of the baby Jesus, to be spent together with loved ones. Let’s get ready to experience it in a fun and engaging activity, discovering the meaning of this particular time of year through the works in the museum’s collection.
Participants will be able to give space to their imagination by creating a personal Advent calendar to hang at home and “discard” day after day.
