The new larch wood room with its characteristic reddish colour creates a warm and “enveloping” environment in which to enjoy traditional Trentino dishes (canederli, strangolapreti, carne salada, polenta and pasta de luganega) and original recipes with selected products and trusted suppliers in the area!
For those who want a faster meal, the historic tradition of sandwiches, bruschetta and pizza is renewed!
The kitchen is open every day from 12 am to 2.30 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm – closed on Wednesday evening
