“I Frati Embriaghi”, an idea of the Prodotti Tre Valli company of Cavalese in Val di Fiemme, specialises in Trentino food and wine. Their passion for local traditions led them to discover the ancient recipe of the ‘Frati Embriaghi’ of Cavalese: ‘fete de pam vecio brustolà en tel boter, toncà en tel vim calt’.

Polenta, venison, porcini mushrooms, cheese, beans, sausage, “canederli” and goulash soup, Trentino mulled wine, cold wine (red and white), non-alcoholic mulled wine, water, Fiemme craft beer.
