In our little hut ‘La baita del Formai’ you can find different varieties of typical cheeses, such as the giant cheese of the Crucolo hut, Vezzena cheese and San Candido cheese. In addition, we have excellent aged malga cheeses, “ubriaco” aged in Teroldego wine, hay cheese, our aged pecorino and high mountain goat cheese. In addition to cheeses we also have Trentino and South Tyrolean speck, mortandela from Val di Non, our brentela, and other typical products.
