You will only find the original potato tortèl here: for more than ten years we have been the reference point for Trentino potato tortèl, stuffed with traditional ingredients. Speck, carne salada tartare, porcini mushrooms, coppa with sauerkraut, mugo bacon, and grilled luganega are just some of the proposals for stuffing the tortèl to your liking. Accompany it with Cimbra beer on tap and mulled wine tapped from the fountain.
