The Pastificio Primiero has specialised in the artisan production of fresh and filled pasta since 1978. Its canederli and apple strudel tell a part of Trentino’s gastronomic history.
In this cottage you will find
Canederli with speck, with Fontal and tosella di Primiero, with sausage, with spinach, with nettles, with mushrooms, whole-grain with radicchio and Fontal, sweet canederli. Tyrolean spätzle with cream and speck. Apple strudel, Linzertorte, Zelten, buckwheat and currant tart, wholemeal with honey, ricotta and chocolate. Craft beer.
