Fermento was founded by Matteo Furlani, a natural wine producer, and Alessandro and Cristian’s passion for baking. We offer handmade Trentino focaccias, boards with cheeses and cold cuts from small Trentino companies, ‘smacapan’, handmade pangoccioli and krapfen. To accompany: mulled wine in different variations, beer, Furlani cellar wines and soft drinks.
